The program is Christ The Rock Community Church’s summer event, specifically targeted for families. I wanted the look and feel to be slightly retro, clean, and overall youthful.

I started by making the logo, giving it a bit of dimension with the cream colored layer, evoking a bit of motion with the text, and customizing the “s” in “summer” for a more vintage feel.

I then made a handful of summery illustrations, turning them as well as the CTR/Summerpalooza logos into fake sticker decals.
